Case Study: Town & Country Insurance
The Client
Town & Country Insurance Services is a Devon based independent intermediary offering House, Business, Motor and other insurance services.
The Requirement
T&C already had a website but now they needed to update both the look and the content. In addition they wanted to be able to offer online quotations (and downloadable printable versions) and manage completed quotations easily. Also due to ongoing changes in regulatory and business processes and prices – T&C required the ability to change and add content quickly.
The Solution
T&C is one of the first clients to take advantage of Coldpie Site Admin. The Admin centre allows T&C staff to add / edit and remove both pages, content elements and navigational links. In addition a quotes module was built which allow staff to view, print and track completed quotations. Staff are also able to view statistics on site visitors (by month, day and hour) so they can analyse which pages are popular and how many quotes are uncompleted. This information will be used to highlight areas of the site and business which might require improvement and promotion.
From the users perspective the site is broken up into managable sections (such as Business, Home and Motor insurance) so they can easily find the information they require. A link to both the quotations and contact form is available on the majority of pages.
