EA offer furnished luxury rental apartments in Melbourne, Australia. They required a brand new website which would allow them to easily manage property listings and bookings and also show off their apartments in an attractive and informative manner.

Property Management
Admin users are able to
- add, edit, hide or remove properties from the website.
- manage all meta data for each property (such as no. bedrooms, bathrooms, star rating)
- Upload, remove and reorder property property photographs
- Add links to 360degree tour and Google Maps easily
Front end search / Availability checking
Users of the website are able to search for properties for a particular time period (and/or the number of bedrooms and bathrooms required. Alternatively they can simply browse all properties, properties split by area or properties for a certain number of bedrooms.
The availability “at-a-glance” page allows the user to see quickly and simply availability across all apartments for any time period.

The rates page displays Espresso Apartments rates system at a glance whilst also allowing users to calculate the cost of their stay by entering a start and end date, type of property or specific property and any extras they may wish to add – thus allowing them to understand the cost of their stay before starting the booking process
Full Booking and reservation system
Front end users are able to complete bookings and pay for them through a third party payment processor. In addition admin users are able to add, edit or remove bookings through the back office system and create “hold” or custom priced bookings if necessary. The system allows for a variety of payment options (such as 50% online, 50% on arrival) and sophisticated methods of managing this information. Upcoming and outstanding payments are listed clearly on the back office system for staff to manage.
Reports
The back office system offers comprehensive reporting allowing staff to view % occupancy, $AUD bookings, $AUD extras, costs, total revenue and profit for individual properties over 1 or more months or for a combination of properties or property types and various months.

Let-in and cleaning schedules
The back office system offers a visual representation of the bookings for 1-3 months along with any attached notes either for let-in staff or for cleaning staff. The let-in schedule allows staff to see when bookings start and end whilst the cleaning schedule visually shows which type of clean is required and when.
Content Management
All front-end content is editable via the back office system. This includes a variety of search engine optimisation options such as Page title, Meta data and customisable footer text at site section or page level basis.
