coldpie’s property listing software is built to be flexible enough for a variety of property companies – from rental through to sales. Front-end modules include property browse and search, rate calculator and rates table, full booking functionality with integration to common third-party payment processors. Its back office features for staff members include full property management, sophisticated reporting, let-in & cleaning schedules and control over site configuration. The system is flexible enough to tie-in to industry-standard external websites and systems (through custom configurations and APIs). The software is offered as a hosted solution so there is no difficult set-up or compatibility issues to worry about.
Property management
The system allows staff members to add / edit / hide or remove properties from their website. Admin staff also have full control over the meta-data associated with a property such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, price etc. With each site setup we configure what options to display to users and your staff so that it fits into your business. Staff are also able to upload, change and reorder property photographs and easily add Google Maps and external links to interactive tours.
Property search & browse
The public facing front-end of the software allows for for simple and/or advanced searching of properties. Users are able to search availability for particular dates along with the type of property and location. Alternatively users can browse by location, number of bedrooms or any criteria you define in configuration.
Payment-processor integration
As part of the booking system which captures required user data, the system can tie-in with various common and trusted third party payment processors such as Paypal and Worldpay. Integration with third party providers is simple and secure and removes the hassle and security concerns with taking credit card information over the internet.
Availability calendar, rate calculators & schedules
The property management software also offers a variety of interesting and informative ways of displaying availability and rate calculations. In the back office admin staff are able to quickly can bookings and possible available periods for any month. Reports
The software has a reporting module which can be configured to suit your company’s needs. Options include calculations based on one or more months combined with one property or a particular set of properties to show percentage occupancy, costs, booking revenue, extras revenue, profit and average daily profit.
Different user permissions for the back-office
The back office system allows you to set up different user groups with different permissions so you can control who is able to manage what. This allows you to give separate logins to your let-in staff, cleaners and site editors and be secure that no-one is able to change or edit anything that they shouldn’t.
Content management
Our standard content management module can be added to your site so that you can have full control over all aspects of content.
